Remember Me on DVD Trivia Contest Rules

1. ELIGIBILITY:
• Participants must be residents of the US or Canada, age 18 or older at time of entry. Participants under age 18 must have parent permission to enter.
• Winner's address, email, and date of birth will be required at time of notification of prize award, and will only be used to verify eligibility and to complete delivery of prize. Personal information will not be distributed or sold.
• Owners, immediate family, and affiliates of @remembermefans may play, but are not eligible to win prize.
• No purchase necessary to enter or claim prize. Giveaway is subject to all federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulations.

2. PRIZE: Remember Me promotional poster signed by cast members: Robert Pattinson, Emilie De Ravin, Chris Cooper and Pierce Brosnan.
• Poster size is approximately 11.5"x17" and is unframed.
• Estimated retail value of prize is $50.

3. HOW TO ENTER:
• There will be 10 trivia questions based on the movie “Remember Me” that participants must answer to be entered. Questions will be posted to www.rememberme-film.com.
• Trivia responses should be emailed directly to remembermefans@yahoo.com.
• Alternate entry: Trivia responses, along with contestant's name, address, and date of birth (for eligibility detemination) printed on a 3x5 card, can also be mailed to: Remember Me on DVD Trivia Contest, PO Box 1644, Running Springs, CA 92382.
• Determination of correct answers to trivia questions will be made at the sole discretion of the owners of @remembermefans, and their decisions shall be final.
• One entry per person. Additional entries will be discarded. All entries must be received by 11:59pm EDT on June 28, 2010.

4. WINNER SELECTION:
• Winner will be chosen at random from the entries with the most correct answers received, and announced via Twitter and www.rememberme-film.com on June 29, 2010.
• One entry will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible entries. The owners of the @remembermefans account will provide a checks-and-balance approach to ensure fairness of selection. Two of the account owners will each hold a copy of a numbered list of eligible entries. The third will use a random number generator to select a number that corresponds to an entry on the list, which will then be announced and validated by the other owners.
• Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION:
• The winner will be contacted by @remembermefans via email to provide contact information (full name, date of birth, email address, and mailing address). If the prize goes unclaimed after 5 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
• Giveaway begins on June 22, 2010 and ends on June 28, 2010. Prize will be awarded by June 29, 2010 and delivered by July 10, 2010.
• A copy of these Official Rules and name of winner may be obtained by sending an email request to RememberMeFans@yahoo.com no later than July 10, 2010.

6. CONDUCT:
• All participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. @remembermefans in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person it finds to be in violation of these rules.
• Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the giveaway may be in violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the account owners of @remembermefans reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Participation in the giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules

7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
• @remembermefans and its account owners are not responsible for late, lost or misdirected mail or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur.
• If for any reason, the giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort, @remembermefans may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway without notice. Participants further agree to release the account owners of @remembermefans from any liability resulting from, or related to participation in the giveaway.
• Federal, state, and local taxes on prizes and all expenses not specified as related to acceptance and use of prizes are the sole responsibility of winners. No transfer, substitution, or cash equivalent for prizes is allowed. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason. Limit one prize per person/family/household.
• @remembermefans is not affiliated with Summit Entertainment, Underground Films Production or with any of the actors, crew or their management. Summit Entertainment has not endorsed this giveaway, and is in no manner responsible for any outcome.
